 Standard Delivery Information

  • Standard Delivery takes place Monday - Saturday.
  • Our Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over £70 and costs just £3.97 for orders under £70. Standard Delivery is available right across the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), other area has different delivery charges.
  • We use a variety of couriers, the most suitable of which is chosen on your behalf based on your location and the service you have selected.
  • Provided your order is placed before the cut-off times above it will usually be despatched the same day. Orders are delivered within 2-4 days from despatch, however, some out of area post codes may take longer.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery so please ensure somebody is available at the address to sign for the package.
  • Deliveries are not made on Public Holidays. Delivery timeframes will be affected on orders placed during a public holiday period, peak e-commerce periods and our Holiday periods. 

Europe: Due to Brexit - all customers can still order if you are happy to pay the import taxes and duties that will now be added to your items once they reach your country. Please note that these charges are out of our control and are not dictated by us.

** If your order weighs more than the 2kg (volumetric) and the cost of shipping exceeds our stated guide price, it will be necessary for The Failrytale Wardrobe to apply additional courier or postal charges to your account.

Once we have received your order you will be sent an automatic confirmation email. When your items have been dispatched, you will receive a further notification via email.

Preordered Items

If any item in an order falls under preorder then full order will be dispatched when the preorderd item becomes avilable. 


TAXES & DUTIES

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, please note that all taxes and/or import duties that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and not  The Failrytale Wardrobe.
