This is a dress that pays homage to a very famous snow queen. With a velvet bodice, adorned with a sparkly snowflake overlay and trimmed with silver braiding, that is cotton lined on the inside. It has a beautiful, sparkly waistband, that runs across the front. The skirt is made of tulle and is overlaid in the same snowflake tulle fabric as the bodice, with two cotton petticoats beneath.
