The Elphie is our dress that pays homage to the famous Wicked Witch of the West. With a black velvet bodice designed to look like a cropped jacket, our contrast roll-top velvet sleeves and statement silver buttons, it's edged with miniature green pompoms, and the central panel is made from dark green sequins. It features our signature tulle skirt and is cotton lined. CE certified for your peace of mind.
